The Madeira Chemistry Research Centre (CQM) is accepting expressions of interest for an Invited PhD Researcher position under operation BULLSEYE (M2030-FEDER-03051000), co-funded by the ERDF through the Madeira 2030 Programme.

The researcher will develop, functionalise and characterise nanocarriers targeted to inflammatory macrophages. We are looking for candidates with a PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Materials Science or a related field. Experience in protein bioconjugation, dendrimers or carbon nanomaterials, and physicochemical characterisation will be particularly valued.

Location: Funchal, Madeira
Expected duration: 24 months
Gross monthly base salary: €3,576.56
