Election notice and calendar (posted on the noticeboards of the Penteada Campus and Colégio dos Jesuítas; disseminated by e-mail and on the General Council's website) - March 12, 2025;
Posting of the electoral roll (on Infoalunos) - March 13, 2025;
Complaints against the electoral roll (in Infoalunos) - until 5 p.m. on March 17, 2025;
Decision on complaints, rectification, validation and publication of the electoral roll (in Infoalunos) - until March 19, 2025;
Delivery of the lists (on Infoalunos) - by 5 p.m. on March 26, 2025;
Disclosure of applications received (posted on the noticeboards of the Penteada Campus and Colégio dos Jesuítas; disseminated by e-mail, and on the General Council's website) - until 5 p.m. on March 27, 2025;
Claiming the eligibility of candidates (in Infoalunos) - until 5 p.m. on March 28, 2025;
Verification and correction of irregularities - until 5 p.m. on March 31, 2025;
Drawing of lots and posting them (on Infoalunos) - April 3, 2025;
Electoral campaign - from April 4 to 8, 2025;
Election ceremony - April 10, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - on Infoalunos;
The Support and Clarification Desk will be at the University's entrance hall, in Penteada, and the Monitoring, Inspection and Results Tabulation Committee will be available.
Posting of results (in Infoalunos, on the noticeboards of the Penteada Campus and the Colégio dos Jesuítas; published by e-mail and on the General Council's website) - up to 2 days after the election.
