Documents to be submitted:
Documents referred to in Article 9(2) of the 3rd cycle of studies Regulation (see Section Regulations on http://www.uma.pt), namely:
a) Copy of the ldentity Card/Citizen Card/Passport;
b) Document proving that the applicant fulfils the conditions referred to in Article 7(2) of the UMa 3rd Cycle Regulation;
c) Updated curriculum vitae,including published or duly documented works;
d) Planned research plan, indicating its scientific foundations, methodology to be used and objectives to be achieved;
e) lndication of the proposed supervisor or supervisors, unless the applicant presents himself under his sole responsibility;
f) Statement by the thesis supervisor, agreeíng to be responsible for this task, informing about the availability of appropriate material means for carrying out the proposed work or indicating, alternatively, national or foreign institutions that, having these means, agree to collaborate;
g) Other documents the applicant considers to be useful.
The documents presented in the application will be checked with the originals. The original documents of foreign origin must be legally authenticated, preferably through the Hague Convention Apostille, or with the possibility of electronic authenticity verification, under penalty of impediment of registration.
