Overall objectives:

- Allow the application of acquired knowledge and knowledge to the practical activities of the respective professional profile;

- Promote integration into the job market, providing the academic and professional development of the student/intern;

- Allow, through contact with the sporting reality and other public institutions, to investigate, diagnose and propose alternative solutions for the problems observed, with due theoretical support;

- Provide guidance that allows the student/intern to use techniques, equipment and materials that are integrated into the processes of producing goods or providing services for their respective professional profile;

-Provide guidance that directs the student/intern to a critical and contextualized analysis of the dynamics of professional practice in host institutions during the internship.

Assesssment methods and criteria:

The evaluation results from the consideration of the work carried out at the Hosting Entity, the work presented to the UMa advisor, the continuous evaluation by the UMa Advisor and the qualitative and quantitative data that are measured throughout the entire process.It is intended that, throughout the internship, the UMa Advisor will request at least one interim and one final evaluation from the Host Entity Tutor on the intern's performance during the Internship.

This assessment must be qualitative and quantitative in nature.The final assessment results from six elements whose weighting is as follows:

- Individual work plan (IWP) - 15%;

- Attendance and participation ? 10%;

- Systematic work in the organization - 20%;

- Weekly reports ? 10%;

- Internship dossier ? 10%;

- Final internship report - 35%.

Each of the elements also has its own weighted items and its evaluation results from the work presented to the UMa Advisor and the continuous evaluation of the internship carried out by him.
