Overall objectives:
0 - General objective: Distinguish Ethics and Morals/Axiology and Deontology;
1 - Specific objectives: to understand the general and special duties of public servants;
2 - Analyse the general principles of the code of conduct for government entities;
3 - Assess the ethical-political dimension of Civil Protection;
4 - The European dimension of Civil Protection (ECHO).

5 - Ethical profile: amoralism, moralism or immoralism;
6 - International Association of Professionals in Humanitarian Assistance and Protection (PHAP) - regulation, morals and conscience;

Evaluation Methodology:
In accordance with the expected for the Professional Higher Technical Courses. The assessment includes the completion of assignments with a weight of 50% and an oral test, with a weight of 50%. Both assessment elements are recoverable at the appeal period.
