Overall objectives:

  1. To consolidate vocabulary and grammar structures that are essential to an effective communication in English;
  2. To aquire and develop comunication skills (oral and written);
  3. To produce oral and written texts;
  4. To apply the grammar structures studied in context;
  5. To identify and apply the vocabulary contents seized in context 

Syllabus:

Vocabulary contents:introduction expressions and greetings; people and places characterization; food, drink and shopping;travel and holidays.

Grammar contents:regular/irregular verbs; modal verbs; adjectives, comparative and superlative forms;If- clauses (types I and II); interrogative pronouns; prepositions of place, time and movement; adverbs of frequency and phrasal verbs.
