Assesssment methods and criteria:
Classification Type: Quantitativa (0-20)
Evaluation Methodology:
Teaching methods involves lectures and demon strative techniques (including the participation of professionals within the field and with organizational specific realities), in which the frequent participation of students will be promoted. Beyond the presentation of theoretical models, practical methods will be specially focused, namely the analysis of specific situations and contexts, that make evident the application and applicability of theoretical models, as well as of the intervention strategies that will be studied. Given the practical and applied aspects of the course, the assessment will include a practical team (30%) work, in which students will have the opportunity to deepen a theme in vocational psychology, whether involving theoretical/research related questions, or intervention practices with specific populations and contexts. Beyond a written assignment (50%), students will also have to elaborate individually a critical review on a paper indicated by the teacher (20%).
