Overall objectives:
1 - To acquire knowledge and to understand different health issues, their impact on the individual's physical and mental health and prevention strategies
2 - To acquire knowledge and to understand the diversity of positive strategies that promote wellbeing and their empirical validity and practical application in clinical and health contexts.
3 - To recognize and understand the role and relevance of implementing psychological health and wellbeing interventions in the context of inter-service teamwork and multiple contexts.
4 - To understand and outline psychological intervention programs and projects in the context of education for health and well-being, emphasising disease prevention.

Assesssment methods and criteria:

Evaluation Methodology:
The interrogative method will preferably be used, focusing on critical and reasoning debates of the issues raised by the different contents from the presentation of programs and intervention contexts. The expository method will be used to address the theoretical aspects and the demonstrative and active methods for carrying out simulated practice inside or outside the classroom context. The evaluation will focus on the presentation (in group-works) of an intervention project in health and wellbeing (oral discussion and written work/50%+50%). The assessment elements will be recoverable in period of appeal through an individual essay written and orally discussed.
