Overall objectives:
1 - LO1. Understand the importance that the accommodation department has in the global revenue of hotel units.
2 - LO2. Know the different pricing strategies that can be developed.
3 - LO3. Develop financial skills in the management of the accommodation department.
4 - LO4. Understand the main accommodation management ratios both in terms of maximizing sales and in terms of cost control.
5 - LO5. Develop skills in the area of revenue management.
6 - LO6. Develop skills in the Budget Management area of the accommodation department.
7 - LO7. Reinforce the role of the customer at the center of the activities developed.
8 - LO8. Identify the functions and skills of Human Resources for Accommodation.
