Overall objectives:

1 - The goal of the course is to cover a broad array of research topics in software engineering, human-computer interaction, artificial intelligence, information systems and multimedia in order to engage students in the latest technologies and techniques in these areas.

Syllabus:

1 - The contents are decided and approved each year. The content will focus on cutting-edge technologies and will depend on the availability of international experts to come to Madeira to teach. There will be at least 2 workshops each year.

Assesssment methods and criteria:

Classification Type: Quantitativa (0-20)

Evaluation Methodology:
During the classes students will produce individual and groups projects that will be evaluate by the faculty. Project details will be defined on a case-by-case basis for each activity related to this course.
