Overall objectives:

1 - Contribute to understand and support the importance of physical activity, Motor in the overall development of the child;
2 - Define the principles and phases of Motor Development; Laws of motor development and the development of motor skills;
3 - Addressing the notions of mastery of the body, spatial-temporal organization of movement, developing perceptual-motor and socio-motor integration;
4 - Reflect the motor and school learning;
5 - Identify the general and specific objectives of Expression Physical-Motor for students in Kindergarten and 1st cycle of basic education;
6 - Explore some aspects of the Children's Movement. Leisure activity and educational value of play in child development;
7 - Understand the principles of planning and implementation of an activity to the level of education Pre-school and 1st cycle of basic education, using pedagogically effective intervention techniques

Evaluation Methodology:
Through a set of theoretical and practical experiences the contents of the course are transmitted, reflected and consolidated. These are dealt with dynamic, using slides and videos, seeks to promote the students' active participation and a reflective and critical about the content covered. The experience of different practical situations, as well as the planning, organization and implementation of activities proposed by the students, allow for the understanding of the importance of curriculum content. In order to engage students in a structured process of continuous training and promoting the development of study habits, reports, surveys, studies and reflections individual or group are requested, with subsequent oral presentation and discussion of the topics covered. These strands are not recoverable. They are also performed involving two texts content different subjects who may be recovered in further evaluation.
